RETURN POLICY

 


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@aeltro.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, full name, and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.


Our customer care team will respond within 48 business hours (excluding weekends).


 

Return conditions

 


Returned items will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

 

  • Items are in their original, unused condition

  • Tags remain attached to the garments

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unstained (including makeup, pet hair, perfume, deodorant, or any other marks)

  • Final Sale items discounted at 30% or more are not eligible for refunds and will be issued store credit only

 


Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Aeltro reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will not be sent back to the customer unless the full re-shipping fee is paid.

 


 

 

UAE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 


 

UAE Returns – AED 40

 


One of our delivery drivers will collect your order from the original delivery address within 3 days.

A return fee of AED 40 will be deducted from the final refunded amount.


 

UAE Exchanges – Complimentary

 


Once the returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, we will dispatch the exchange item(s) free of charge within 3 days, subject to availability.

Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

 


 

 

GCC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 


 

GCC Returns

 


Items must be returned to our Dubai warehouse using a courier of your choice.

All duties and taxes must be paid upfront by the customer.


Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt or tracking number until we confirm receipt of the return.


 

GCC Exchanges

 


Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a store credit plus AED 80 to cover return shipping.

You may then place a new order for your preferred item, subject to availability.

 


 

 

REFUNDS

 


Once your return has been processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.


For cash on delivery orders, a store credit will be issued instead.

This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

 


 

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 


Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

If not reported within this timeframe, we will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund.


In such cases, Aeltro will arrange and cover the cost of a replacement or issue a store credit.
